It's always a good idea to have a few easily accessible LED torches in the kitchen bottom drawer, charged and ready for use. LED torch bulbs draw very little battery power so their light lasts a long time. As attractive as using the flashlight on your mobile phone maybe, it's not a good long term light source. Remember mobile phones take mains outlets or laptop usb ports to charge, so if you have a blackout for some time,you may not be able to make calls just when you need to! |
